Controls
Use the DS on-screen board and menu controls to choose placements, trades and building actions. Review the displayed cost and confirm deliberately; consult help when a placement is unavailable.
Catan — About this game
Catan brings the resource-trading board game to DS with campaign and scenario play. Choose settlement locations for access to different resources, then connect roads and trade what you have for what your next build needs. A productive site is useful only if you can turn its supplies into points, so inspect the board before committing to a route. Computer opponents have different strategies, while the interactive help and almanac explain unfamiliar rules. Begin with the guided learning options rather than treating every resource as equally useful on every turn.
