How to Play Werewolf: The Last Warrior
Quick start
Press START, select one-player or alternating two-player mode, and begin. Move with the D-pad, attack approaching enemies, and use A to jump on the Japanese cartridge. Collect the red W that enables the werewolf form, then exploit its greater attack range and wall-clinging movement. Pause with START and press SELECT while paused to inspect the scoreboard.
Controls
Western release: D-pad moves the character; B punches/attacks; A jumps; START pauses and resumes; SELECT while paused opens the scoreboard. START also advances past dialogue screens. Japanese cartridge reverses the Western A/B assignment.
Werewolf: The Last Warrior — About this game
Werewolf: The Last Warrior is a side-scrolling action game built around the transformation between a human fighter and the powerful War Wolf. Across five guarded levels, the hero punches enemies, jumps through traps, clings to walls in werewolf form, and collects power items before facing a stage boss. Losing transformation changes the available reach and abilities, so survival depends on controlling space, learning hazards, and preserving lives through the route to Faryan.
