How to Play Cocoto Kart Racer
Quick start
Choose a racer and available race, practice a lap and inspect the lower-screen map before a sharp turn. Try jumping and sliding after learning ordinary steering.
Controls
Use the directional pad and displayed DS acceleration and item controls. The right shoulder button supports sliding around corners. Watch the lower information screen; the game does not use stylus steering.

Cocoto Kart Racer on DS combines laps and power-ups with jumps and power-slides. The lower screen supplies course layout and racer positions rather than touch steering, so glance at it to prepare for the next bend while keeping the road in view. A pickup is useful only if collecting it does not cost the racing line. Begin with the first available racer and track, learn a difficult turn and try the slide at a manageable speed. After a mistake, return to a clean route before chasing a rival or another item.
