How to Play Cocoto Platform Jumper

Quick start

Choose New Game and enter the first of the forty stages. Cocoto must climb to the top before time expires while rescuing his friends and preventing Zaron from taking the Secret of Magma. Move from one safe ledge to the next, collect nearby items, and use magma arches as temporary platforms or attacks when the next height cannot be reached directly. Deal with enemies using the pitchfork or an arch instead of jumping blindly into their patrol, and touch the Fairy checkpoint whenever it appears so a missed jump does not erase all progress.

Controls

The D-pad moves Cocoto and selects menus. A jumps and confirms; B attacks with the current pitchfork or magma-arch action and cancels in menus. Use L/R to switch or aim the available action when its icon appears. START pauses the stage and SELECT displays or changes the current item when prompted. Some stages introduce a special arch or boss action, so follow its on-screen button icon before attempting the timed section.
