How to Play Code Lyoko
Quick start
Start the opening Earth scene, talk and inspect for the requested clue. Follow the transition into Lyoko and practice its movement, jump and attack prompts.
Controls
Use the stylus for point-and-click objects, dialogue and inventory choices. In virtual sections, follow the displayed DS movement and combat layout and choose abilities for the current obstacle; do not use the sequel's battle-menu timing here.
Code Lyoko — About this game
The first Code Lyoko DS game alternates two ways to play. On Earth, inspect locations, talk and gather objects to move the episode forward. In Lyoko, the view becomes three-dimensional action with fighting, platform movement and different heroes' abilities. Read the scene objective before shifting worlds: an item-led conversation puzzle does not use the same approach as a dangerous jump. Begin with the Earth investigation, examine the obvious interactive objects and listen for the next lead. Once virtualized, learn movement and one attack before pushing toward the tower.
