How to Play Contra Advance: The Alien Wars EX
Quick start
Press START, choose one player and a difficulty, and enter LEVEL 1. Move ahead, shoot the first airborne pod for the barrier and the next for a weapon, destroy the car, and continue right. NOVICE ends early, so choose NORMAL to play the full set of stages.
Controls
The Control Pad moves, aims and highlights menus. A jumps or cancels; B shoots (hold for rapid fire) or confirms; L locks the firing angle while moving; R locks movement while you aim; START pauses or selects.
