How to Play Crash of the Titans
Quick start
Start the opening stage, break nearby crates and learn a safe jump. Stun the first suitable Titan, take control and try its power before progressing.
Controls
Move with the D-pad and use the face-button actions shown for jumping and attacks. B provides alternatives for several takeover or creature actions; follow the prompt. Draw the island-travel route on the touch screen.
Crash of the Titans — About this game
Crash of the Titans on DS combines platform routes, box breaking and hand-to-hand fights with taking control of stunned creatures. A Titan can absorb punishment and provide a power suited to an obstacle, so watch what a newly encountered creature can do before leaving it behind. Mojo collection supports Crash's growth, and stage goals encourage checking side paths rather than rushing to the exit. Learn movement and a basic fight in the opening area, then practise the stun-and-takeover sequence. Between islands, the DS also asks you to draw a travel route.
