How to Play Deltora Quest - Nanatsu no Houseki
Quick start
Begin the adventure with Lief and learn touch movement in the opening area. Tap an enemy to attack, test the dash gesture where safe and inspect the first puzzle. Switch to Barda or Jasmine when their different strengths suit the situation, then prepare before entering a tougher area.
Controls
Use the stylus for the DS adventure's controls. Tap an enemy to attack and use the shown flick gesture for a dash attack. Select movement, interaction and character changes through the current touch interface; read a mechanism's prompt before applying a combat gesture to it.

Deltora Quest: Nanatsu no Houseki is an action RPG built around the DS stylus. Explore an area, inspect its mechanisms and fight by selecting enemies rather than borrowing a console's button combinations. The three controllable companions have different characteristics, so choose a useful one for the immediate situation. Begin by learning ordinary movement and an attack before adding the dash gesture in a safe space. A puzzle asks you to observe a clue or mechanism instead of repeatedly hitting the obstacle. Check your condition between encounters and search the environment before leaving it behind. The seven-gem adventure combines exploration, combat and collection rather than simply replaying the novel as text.
