How to Play Dino Master - Dig, Discover, Duel
Quick start
Choose the first fossil hunt and inspect the field and moving hazards. Draw a short safe cut between protected edges to uncover ground, then inspect any fossil revealed. Return to the laboratory to revive a find before trying the battle mode with the resulting dinosaur.
Controls
Use the DS directional and digging inputs shown in the fossil-hunt tutorial to move and cut into the field. Rejoin safe ground to finish a section, watching hazards near the unfinished line. The laboratory and battle screens use their own selection menus; this is not the stylus fossil-cleaning control of a different dinosaur game.

Dino Master links a Qix-like fossil hunt to a laboratory and battle mode. The excavation is about enclosing territory while avoiding moving hazards, not brushing dirt from a static bone picture. Begin with a short cut that returns to safety before a pursuer reaches your unfinished line. Larger sections may reveal more, but they also leave you exposed longer. Inspect the fossil result and take a usable find to the lab for revival, then learn the duel's own selection rules. Moving between these three parts turns a successful dig into another dinosaur to try. Improve the shape and timing of your cuts before chasing every hidden corner of the field.
