Quick start
Choose a storybook and follow Opal's first activity. Complete one color or drawing task, watch the page change and then try the next kind of game. Read each new instruction because a rhythm task does not use the same input as painting.
Controls
Use the DS stylus as the Magic Brush. Select the displayed color, sticker or tool, then tap or draw in the activity area as instructed. Follow on-screen timing for musical games and the indicated sequence for dots or matching; this DS version uses its own touch screen.

Enchanting Storybooks asks you to help Opal recover the color lost from the princesses' worlds. The DS stylus acts as a Magic Brush for numbered painting, stickers and joining dots, while other pages ask you to match sounds or follow a rhythm. Each page is a small interactive activity with its own rule. Choose a tool carefully, finish the current instruction and see how the picture changes before moving to another activity. Begin with the opening tutorial and practice the main interaction before pursuing optional rewards. Read the current objective, make one deliberate choice and watch its effect before repeating it. A short first session makes it easier to separate a missed instruction from a difficult challenge. Return to the available menu when you need to check progress or adjust your approach, then continue from the next clear objective.
