How to Play DJ Star
Quick start
Start the career tutorial and learn one mixing task before attempting a full set. Choose tracks, listen to their beats and manage the current crowd indicators. Complete the available scratch or performance activity, then check whether the dance floor responds before adding another change.
Controls
Use the touch-screen decks, sliders and activity choices as shown in the tutorial. Move a control steadily instead of changing several at once; scratch gestures follow the displayed timing guide. Use a microphone action only when that specific activity requests it.
DJ Star — About this game
DJ Star turns a DS touch screen into a small DJ workspace. You choose music, adjust the mix and perform activities while watching the crowd's reaction. Begin with the career explanation to distinguish track controls from the short performance tasks. Listen before moving a slider: an abrupt change can be harder to understand than one measured adjustment. Scratch exercises ask for timing as well as movement, and other activities add variety between mixing decisions. Build a coherent set by checking what each action changes instead of treating every screen as a simple note-hitting rhythm chart.
