How to Play Double Moon Densetsu

Quick start

In the first Ares, talk to all the residents, check their equipment, and then easily earn experience and money around the area. Use the cross keys to move, A to speak/investigate/confirm, and B to cancel. Check the status with SELECT, and prioritize recovery and equipment updates in town. In battle, select attacks, magic, and tools based on the number of enemies and the roles of your allies, and make sure that the Runetecher does not lose sight of important items.

Controls

Move the character and operate the cursor using the cross keys. Decide on the command/tool you selected in A, have a conversation, and investigate. B cancels the command. Display the current status with SELECT. START is used to start the game from the title. In battle, select a command with the four-way controller, confirm with A, and return with B.

Double Moon Densetsu — About this game

"Double Moon Legend" is a Famicom RPG in which the protagonist sets out from the village Ares and travels to two continents separated by the Ladis Strait. Gather information and equipment in town, explore fields and caves, and use each companion's attacks, magic, and tools in command-style battles. The key to the story is the four rune techers and the main character's backstory. Expand your range of action with ships and other vehicles, and make choices related to the goddess statue and friends before heading to Phantom Island. There are two save data slots, allowing you to continue a long adventure.
