Quick start
Choose story reading or the available shooter from the menu. In the story, begin the continuation at its first section. In PARCAP-S06, learn movement and firing on the opening stretch, watch incoming enemies and preserve space for evasive movement before chasing a score.
Controls
Use the displayed reading controls for pages and menus. The shooter uses its own DS movement and firing inputs shown in its help screen; keep direction and attack distinct and check pause/help before assigning buttons. Reading a chapter does not select an alternate ending.

Iriya II pairs the later novel material with a separate shooting game. The story section continues Asaba and Iriya's summer through illustrated text and music; it asks you to read rather than steer an invented branching route. PARCAP-S06 changes the pace to a side-scrolling action challenge where movement, incoming threats and firing require attention together. Start a shooter attempt slowly, leave room to dodge and learn an enemy's approach before moving toward a tempting target. Return to reading when you want the next narrative scene. Keep the two modes' controls distinct, because a page advance is not an attack command.
