How to Play The Emperor's New Groove
Quick start
Choose New Game and an empty Game A, B or C slot. Begin in the village, read the scroll instructions and try B headbutts on pottery. Practise Down+B charges and jumping with A on safe ground before crossing wider gaps. Use Up+B for spit when needed, watching both the meter and remaining drops as you make your way toward Pacha.
Controls
Left/Right moves; Down ducks. A jumps. B headbutts. Down+B charges; release B to stop charging. Up+B spits, provided the meter and spit supply allow it. START pauses and opens the pause options, including collected scroll instructions. Learn the difference between a normal jump and one made after charging.
The Emperor's New Groove — About this game
Kuzco can smash pottery to find useful hearts and gather scrolls that explain his moves. Charging helps him pass low gaps and build speed for longer jumps, while spitting gives him a way to reach targets above. The spit meter must recover between shots, and supplies can run out. Three save slots keep separate adventures, and the pause screen lets you consult the scrolls again.
