How to Play Exciting Rally: World Rally Championship
Quick start
At first, drive mainly with A's LOW accelerator, and use B's HIGH only in straight lines. Use the left and right to handle the steering wheel, and the bottom to brake before making a sharp turn. When you face the wall, stop, switch up and down to reverse, and return to the course. Once you are able to complete the race, slow down before the corner and use HIGH and drift briefly while changing direction to shave off your time.
Controls
Use the left and right arrow keys to steer, and use the bottom to brake. When stopped, turn reverse ON/OFF using up and down. A is the LOW side accelerator, B is the HIGH side accelerator, and high-speed input when turning is related to drift. Pose at START. SELECT normal function while driving has not been confirmed.
Exciting Rally: World Rally Championship — About this game
The European NES version of ``Championship Rally'' is a top-down rally game similar to the Japanese version of ``Exciting Rally World Rally Championship.'' Read the road surface and continuous corners and shorten section time by switching between easy-to-handle LOW acceleration and speed-oriented HIGH acceleration, braking, and drifting. Since it can be switched to reverse when stopped, you can return even after going off the course. The basic strategy is to first memorize the course by completing the course without any accidents, and then increase the ratio of high-speed sections and drifting. We do not claim unidentified European-specific behavior.
