How to Play Famicom Mini: Super Mario Bros. 2
Quick start
Press SELECT on the title screen to choose Mario or Luigi, then press START to start 1-1. Mario is easy to run, and Luigi can jump high but slides easily, so Mario is easier to handle the first time. In 1-1, go to the right, step on the first patter, and aim for the goal by popping out the mushroom from under the brick. Be careful of tricks that are more severe than the original, such as poisonous mushrooms, reverse warp, and wind.
Controls
Cross button left/right: Move/Up: Climb the vine/Down: Crouch/enter some clay pipes. A: Jump, menu decided. B: Dash, Fireball, Back to Menu. SELECT: Mario/Luigi switch by title. START: Start/Decide/Pause. L+R: In-game menu. L+R+SELECT: Wake up.
