How to Play Famicom Top Management
Quick start
Start a new game with START and set the company name etc. Use the cross button to select the annual policy or monthly command, press A to confirm, and press B to go back one step. At first, don't spend too much money evenly on three products, decide on the main product and prioritize development and advertising. Check monthly sales, inventory, and funds, and if deficits continue, make small adjustments to prices and production volume.
Controls
Cross button: Menu, numbers, product selection. A: Confirm, enter numerical value, advance to next month. B: Cancel, return to previous screen. START: Start from title/confirm monthly processing. SELECT: Expected to switch display items such as financial results and company information.

"Famicom Top Management" is a management simulation where you become the manager of a computer manufacturer and make decisions on a yearly and monthly basis. It coordinates development, pricing, advertising, production and sales policies for the three types of products, and also decides on employee training and funding allocation. We set our annual policy in April, and then select measures while checking the situation on the monthly screen. Since not only sales but also development capabilities, inventory, costs, seasonal events, and tax burdens affect the company's status, it is important to strike a balance between product quality and advertising, rather than relying solely on short-term price reductions.
