How to Play Family Trainer 4: Jogging Race
Quick start
When online, first assign the Family Trainer/Power Pad side A input. Choose jogging or obstacle marathon, enter the two sections in the center alternately left and right, and start running. In an obstacle marathon, you jump slightly before the obstacle by releasing both and re-entering them when you land. At first, prioritize consistent tempo and safe landings over speed and you'll find stability.
Controls
Uses special mat A side. If you alternately step on the center, left, and right sections, you will run in the corresponding lane, and your speed will increase depending on the tempo you step on. If you lift both feet off the mat at the same time, you will jump and re-enter when you land. Step on the attack sections on the left and right edges to attack the pursuer. The controller is usually used for menu operations such as modes and numerical values.
Family Trainer 4: Jogging Race — About this game
``Family Trainer 4 Jogging Race'' is an experiential sports game for one person, where the player alternates stepping on the A side of a special mat as if running. It includes a jogging session in which you set your height and weight and run about 5km from the Imperial Palace, checking your time and estimated calorie consumption, and a 42.195km obstacle marathon divided into 14 sections of about 3km each. Aim to complete the race by changing lanes, jumping, attacking pursuers, using health recovery items, and avoiding obstacles such as oil and barrels.
