How to Play Ferrari Grand Prix Challenge
Quick start
Choose Practice first and select automatic transmission while learning a circuit. Use Left and Right to steer, hold A to accelerate, and press B to brake. With manual transmission, Down shifts up and Up shifts down. In menus, Select cycles choices, A confirms most options, and Start begins or confirms selected sessions.

Driving: Left/Right steer, A accelerates, B brakes. Manual gearbox: Down shifts up and Up shifts down. Start pauses during qualifying and races and can restart/confirm; practice does not pause. Menus: Select cycles options, A confirms most choices, Start confirms certain screens. In the pit sequence, alternate A and B as prompted to complete service quickly.

Ferrari Grand Prix Challenge (European PAL release) is an NES Formula One racing game with practice, qualifying, and championship play. Before racing, you can choose an automatic gearbox or a faster three-speed manual setup. Steering smoothly through the course map, braking for tight bends, and posting a strong single qualifying lap determine whether you make the grid. Championship races add traffic, damage, fuel, tires, and pit work, so a quick lap is only part of finishing an event successfully.
