How to Play FIFA 11
Quick start
Learn a short ordinary match, inspect Ultimate 11's earned cards and choose a squad change. Create one set piece with the touch screen and try it when the matching restart occurs.
Controls
Use the D-pad and shown football buttons during play. The touch interface handles team cards, tactics and set-piece paths. Photo-based player creation requires a compatible Nintendo DSi camera.

FIFA Soccer 11 on DS adds Ultimate 11 cards earned through achievements to the usual football matches. Use them to improve the squad, then prepare a free-kick or corner routine with the Set-Piece Creator instead of relying on an improvised run every time. Pre-match scouting and half-time advice provide another reason to reconsider tactics. Start with a regular match to learn passing and movement, then build one simple saved routine and test it. A DSi camera can personalize a player on compatible hardware; it is optional equipment-dependent content rather than a requirement for ordinary football.
