How to Play Flash Focus: Vision Training in Minutes a Day
Quick start
Create Personal Data as prompted and choose Daily Training. Open Today’s Recommended Training; select Eye Age Check or Skip to go straight to the suggested activities. Before starting an exercise, tap Rules and follow its tapping or sliding instructions. Return later to view the recorded results.
Controls
Use the stylus to tap menu choices and targets or slide across the touch screen as directed. Tap Rules before an activity for its exact input and goal. The upper screen supplies prompts while answers are entered on the touch screen. The activity determines whether a tap or a continuous slide is needed.

Flash Focus builds short sessions from watching and responding: follow moving boxes, remember a briefly shown number or react to scenes based on sports such as baseball and boxing. Core and Sports Training use different patterns of tapping and sliding, so each activity has its own Rules screen. Start with the recommended routine, then use the available custom activities and graphs to explore your results. Calendar stamps mark completed sessions and help open more tasks. Eye Age is the software’s exercise-performance score, giving these visual games a shared way to display and compare your play.
