How to Play Flushed Away
Quick start
Begin the first sewer stage, practice jumping and stunning a nearby enemy. Search for the required repair item and try the character's special move at a suitable obstacle.
Controls
Use directional controls for movement, Y for the main attack and X for the special move. Follow the displayed jump prompt and press again for a double-jump; boat and extra activities explain their own controls.
Flushed Away — About this game
Flushed Away on DS follows Roddy and Rita through side-scrolling sewer stages. Jump between pipes, stun enemies and search for the items needed to repair Rita's boat. Both characters can double-jump, but Roddy breaks certain obstacles and Rita uses her bungee to swing from hooks, making some side routes character-specific. Start by testing a short jump before crossing a gap, then inspect a blocked passage for the appropriate ability. Stunned enemies can recover, so use the opening to move on instead of waiting beside them. Follow the level objective and collect useful items as you explore.
