Select "From the beginning" for the title, complete the setting and introduction of the main character, and proceed to the first practice match. The story progresses through practice matches, tournaments, and boss battles in each town before moving on to the next town. At first, use the left and right arm parts that match your equipment level, move around your own 3x6 grid, avoid your opponent's line of fire, and land attacks with both arms. The gold and coins you get from winning can be exchanged for main body, head, torso, arms, and leg parts at the gacha station.

Cross button: Move Dyna in 3x6 squares during town/menu movement/battle. A: Determined, use right arm weapon in battle. B: Cancel/Return, use left arm weapon in battle. L/R: Activate special moves in battle. START: Pause/menu display. On the equipment screen, use the cross button to select a part, press A to equip, and press B to return.
