How to Play Gall Force: Eternal Story
Quick start
Start with START, move in 8 directions with the D-pad, and shoot with A. In the first area you go around, ride the ramp that appears after a while and select the area you want to conquer. Defeat enemies and collect items such as level ups, speed, support planes, remaining planes, etc.Aim to attack the fortress at the end of the stage when the center opens. After rescuing your friends, press SELECT to switch between the characters at the bottom of the screen, and press B to deploy the corresponding aircraft form. Use attack power and defense power depending on the situation and rescue all six people.
Controls
D-pad: Move Star Leaf in 8 directions. A button: Fire with current weapon. B button: Expands the aircraft form corresponding to the selected companion at the bottom of the screen, and returns to the basic form when Ruby is selected. When selecting a pony, consume one aircraft in your inventory and launch a support aircraft. SELECT: Cycle through rescued allies. START: Start the game, pause and resume during play. After rescuing a pony, the support aircraft can be moved using the controller II's cross keys.

"Gull Force ETERNAL STORY" is a vertical scrolling shooter for FDS created by HAL Laboratories based on the anime work. Travel through the orbiting area above Terra with the Star Leaf operated by Laby, and warp from the appearing ramp to six sectors of varying difficulty. By destroying the fortress at the bottom of each stage, you can rescue one of your friends. By selecting a friend with SELECT and pressing B, you will be able to use the aircraft configuration that corresponds to that person, such as strengthened defense and attack mode. Attack level, speed, remaining life, and number of support aircraft can be enhanced with items dropped by enemies. After rescuing all 6 people, you will fight against past fortresses and then take on the final boss. The support aircraft that launches after rescuing a pony can also be moved using Controller II.
