Ganbare Goemon 2 — About this game
"Ganbare Goemon 2" is an action game where you travel around Japan by switching between Goemon and Ebisumaru, or by controlling both at the same time. In town, you collect coins by defeating officials and enemies, buy food and tools at shops, and look for passes to cross each country's checkpoints. In normal horizontal screens, you use jumps and weapon attacks to advance, and on mountain paths, stairs, and inside buildings, you can also use up and down directions. Castles and other places have 3D mazes from a first-person perspective, where you search for exits and bosses while changing direction. Weapons will be strengthened gradually, but will return when you are hit, so it is important to take advantage of the range and terrain without forcing yourself to approach the enemy.
