How to Play Battleship
Quick start
Choose one-player Normal play. Position each ship with the pad, rotate with B and confirm with A, then begin searching spaced squares.
Controls
Directional pad: move the cursor. A: place a ship during setup; fire at the chosen square during battle. B: rotate a ship during setup; open the battle menu during play.

Rotate vessels before confirming their positions and spread your shots until a hit reveals where to investigate. As the campaign develops, equipment adds options beyond a simple shot.
