How to Play Bo Jackson - Two Games in One
Quick start
Choose one player, then Left for baseball and START. Pick an inning length and learn a pitch before moving to batting. Try football separately and inspect receiver labels before the snap. Menus: directions choose, START begins. Baseball: A sets/delivers pitches; hold A to swing, tap to bunt; B+direction advances a runner, A+direction returns. Football: directions move; A/B/SELECT pass to receivers A/B/C before the line. START during a play downs the quarterback.

Choose baseball or American football and learn a different set of decisions for each sport. Baseball shifts between pitching, batting and fielding: set a pitch, vary its direction, then time a swing or bunt and manage runners after contact. Football uses play selection and an editor for receiver routes, followed by moving the quarterback and choosing a receiver before crossing the line of scrimmage. Follow the current phase carefully, because the same buttons have different jobs on the mound, at the plate and behind the offensive line.
