Blow bubbles to trap the monsters in each room, then burst the occupied bubbles to defeat them and collect the rewards. Floating bubbles also become footholds for reaching higher platforms, so the same action serves combat and movement. Clear the enemies to move onward, watch for helpful items and avoid leaving a trapped monster long enough to escape. The Game Boy view can be scrolled while paused to inspect the room. Select Start rather than Password and begin. Trap the first monster with B, approach it to burst the bubble and collect the item. Practise jumping onto a rising bubble with A before attempting the higher ledges.
