Contra — About this game
A solo commando infiltrates Black Viper’s base across five areas. Side-scrolling sections alternate with overhead combat, and weapon capsules include a homing attack. Jumping is available in the side-view areas, while overhead sections focus on movement and aiming. Enemy placement and gaps make positioning important: advance in short steps, watch attack patterns and choose a clear landing point before jumping. Collect supplies along the route so that mistakes do not leave you unprepared for the next major fight. Press START to begin. Fire while approaching the first enemies, collect weapon capsules and check the space ahead before jumping. Aim toward threats instead of staying still in their line of fire.
