How to Play Darkwing Duck
Quick start
Read the opening assignment with A, choose a HELP balloon with left/right and confirm A. In the first scene practise A jumps and B shots, then raise the cape with Up to learn which incoming shots it can stop.
Controls
Left/right: move. A: jump and grab reachable hooks/ledges. B: fire gas gun. Up: cape shield. Down: crouch or release a hold. SELECT: switch special gas. START: pause.
Darkwing Duck — About this game
Darkwing follows S.H.U.S.H. assignments across St. Canard to capture F.O.W.L.’s agents. Pick an available crime scene, jump between ledges and use hooks to cross exposed gaps. The cape shield blocks incoming fire when raised, while the gas gun handles enemies and stage villains. Special gas adds attack options but uses its own energy, making defensive positioning useful before spending a stronger shot.
