Quick start
Press START to begin. Begin in the tower and find a bean that makes a key for the locked exit. Face Blob before feeding him, then whistle with B when you need his normal shape for another transformation.

D-pad: move; A: face Blob and toss selected jelly bean; B: whistle to call Blob or restore his shape; SELECT: cycle jelly-bean flavours; ↓+SELECT reverses order; START: pause.

The Rescue of Princess Blobette sends the Boy and Blob through the castle of an ambitious alchemist. Feed Blob different jelly beans to turn him into tools, then whistle to bring him back. A locked door, a dangerous drop or a hidden route is a problem of choosing and positioning a transformation, rather than winning a fight.
