How to Play DMG Deals Damage
Quick start
Enter the first room and use the D-pad to line up with an enemy. Try each hand with A and B, then smash a captured rival against a wall or another enemy. Clear the room before advancing. At the PC Engine GT encounter, return its bombs before they explode.
Controls
D-pad: move and choose a facing direction. A/B: operate the hands to catch and smash enemies. Use the direction of approach to line up a target; the two buttons correspond to the two hands.

The handhelds competing with Game Boy’s success become the opposition in this birthday brawl. You move around each room, catch a rival and use the captured enemy as a weapon instead of relying on a conventional shot. Walls and other enemies give you targets for each smash. Clear the room to move on and work towards the cake waiting at room thirty. A and B operate the two hands, while the D-pad controls movement and facing. Against the PC Engine GT boss, the creator advises catching its bombs after they stop at a wall and returning them before they explode.
