How to Play Dragon Slayer
Quick start
Press A at the title. Find the sword and collect it with A before fighting, then bring early gold and a power stone home. Learn B’s magic menu after gaining experience and a magic bottle; do not expect spells to work while carrying a cross or crown.
Controls
D-pad: move and attack monsters in the chosen direction. A: pick up/place items; confirm a spell. B: open magic menu/cancel. START: pause/resume. Do not press SELECT+A casually: it ends the current life.

Explore a maze and strengthen the hero before confronting its dragon. Movement into a monster triggers an attack, while items are collected and carried back rather than equipped through a large party menu. Gold returned home increases life, and power stones improve attacking strength. Experience unlocks useful magic such as returning home or inspecting nearby terrain, but carrying certain objects prevents spell use, making each trip a planning problem. Press A at the title.
