How to Play Plotting
Quick start
Press START for one player. Move up or down until the held symbol has a matching target, then press A or B. Compare the remaining count with TARGET and try a ceiling bounce before spending another special block.
Controls
Up/down: move on the ladder and aim. A or B: throw the held block. START: start, pause or resume. At the title, Right selects the original two-player mode, which requires linked Game Boy systems.
Plotting — About this game
Climb a ladder and throw the held block into a pile to remove blocks bearing the same symbol. A different symbol sends the block back, so the next shot depends on the arrangement left behind. Shots can cross the board or bounce off the ceiling, which becomes useful when pipes obstruct later levels. Reach the displayed remaining-block target before time runs out, while preserving the limited special blocks that rescue otherwise blocked positions. Press START for one player. Move up or down until the held symbol has a matching target, then press A or B. Compare the remaining count with TARGET and try a ceiling bounce before spending another special block.
