How to Play Franky, Joe & Dirk - On the Tiles
Quick start
Choose a picture and an easy difficulty. Locate the empty square and move neighbouring tiles to build one useful edge of the image. In normal play, deal with a bomb before its timer expires and move a key tile before trying its locked partner.
Controls
D-pad: choose a tile or move it toward the empty square. A: confirm the selected tile movement or menu entry. B: return where the menu permits. Activate a special item by moving the tile carrying it, and watch the bomb's remaining time before choosing another move.

Franky, Joe & Dirk... On the Tiles turns pictures from Dr. Franken, Joe & Mac and Dragon's Lair into sliding puzzles. Move tiles one at a time to rebuild the image, while watching for objects that briefly appear on a square. A bomb needs attention before its fuse expires, and a locked tile cannot move until its key is activated. Normal play mixes those interruptions with the picture work; against-the-clock play removes the special objects but keeps the time pressure. Choose a difficulty that lets you see a useful sequence, then work around the empty space instead of chasing one tile at a time.
