How to Play Gargoyle's Quest
Quick start
Begin the journey, talk to characters through the A-button menu and check your status. In the first combat areas, practise jumping, hovering and landing before the wing gauge runs out.
Controls
Overhead: D-pad moves, A opens commands and confirms, B cancels. Side view: left/right move, B attacks, A jumps; press A again in midair to hover and again to stop. START shows status in combat.

Firebrand sets out to save the Ghoul Realm from the Destroyers. Overhead exploration and conversations connect side-view combat areas, where fire breath, wall clinging and limited flight overcome enemies and gaps. Improvements to life, jumping and wing power expand his abilities, while vials buy supplies. Learning when to land is as important as deciding when to attack.
