How to Play Last Action Hero
Quick start
Walk with left/right and use A punches before approaching a gap. B jumps, Up+A kicks and Down+A uses the special item. Collect the required ticket stubs to gain the stage item. In driving sections B accelerates, A normally brakes and the D-Pad steers; START pauses.
Controls
Left/Right: move. Down: crouch. A: punch a nearby enemy. Up + A: roundhouse kick. Down + A: use special item. B: jump; combine with running to jump farther. A: driving: brake, or boost with Booster item. B: driving: accelerate. START: pause.

Guide Jack Slater through platforming brawls, collecting the ticket stubs that provide the item needed to move beyond each stage. Punches handle nearby enemies, a roundhouse kick reaches differently and special items give another answer when the route demands it. Check ledges before a running jump, because a long fall can be fatal even when health remains. Overhead driving sections change the pace: steer through traffic and use acceleration and braking to stay in control. Explore for the required tickets before rushing to the exit.
