Build a property empire against human or computer opponents as the Game Boy handles dice, rent and banking. Buy unowned spaces, negotiate trades and complete color groups before investing in houses or hotels. Cash reserves matter when an opponent owns an expensive street, so mortgage and auction decisions can change the outcome. Menus provide access to deeds and assets without requiring you to calculate each payment by hand.
