How to Play Nekketsu Koukou Dodgeball-bu - Kyouteki! Dodge Soldier no Maki
Quick start
Choose solo and the easier setting, then assign your inside and outside positions. Use A passes to move the ball around and B to shoot. When defending, time B to catch or A to dodge. Practise a double-tap run followed by A+B jump and B throw before relying on a powerful running jump shot.
Controls
D-pad moves the marked player; tap Left/Right twice to dash. Offence: B shoots, A passes; A+B jumps, followed by B for a jump shot or A for a jump pass. Defence: B catches, A dodges. Either button picks up a loose ball. START begins/pauses; SELECT changes menu modes. In free-for-all, A or B both throw.

Kunio’s invitation to the Dodge Dome is a trap: clear six teams to escape Toudou’s arena. Each side has three inside players and three outside, and hitting every opposing inside player wins the match. Pass across the court to create an opening, catch incoming balls and build running or jumping throws. A separate free-for-all mode changes the contest and supports up to four players with the adapter. Choose solo and the easier setting, then assign your inside and outside positions. Use A passes to move the ball around and B to shoot. When defending, time B to catch or A to dodge. Practise a double-tap run followed by A+B jump and B throw before relying on a powerful running jump shot.
