How to Play Ninja Taro
Quick start
Begin a new game and speak with the first important people before roaming. START opens equipment. Hold A and move left/right to choose what A will use, then release; repeat with B. Return with START and test the assigned weapon before exploring farther.
Controls
D-pad: move. A/B: use the item assigned to that button; in interaction areas talk or check direction. START: open/close equipment. In equipment hold A or B and use left/right to choose its assigned item, then release.

This is a pre-release edition. Travel through villages, castles, caves and waterways as a ninja investigating the forces keeping the country in conflict. Talk to important people, search for hidden entrances and collect equipment that makes new routes possible. Ladders cross low cliffs, water-traversing tools open rivers and offerings can reveal a statue’s help. Two equipped items are assigned to A and B, so a weapon, spell or travel tool can be prepared for the situation before entering danger.
