How to Play Nintendo World Cup
Quick start
Choose the one-player tournament, a country and the footballer you want to control. Start by asking for A passes, then use B near the goal; practise A+B Super Kicks after you can reliably reach a scoring position.
Controls
D-pad: move; A: pass/request pass; defend with tackle/request tackle; B: shoot/request shot; defend with slide/request slide; A+B: Super Kick (position/direction changes move); START: pause.

Nintendo World Cup gives you one footballer to move and a whole team to direct. Ask teammates for passes or shots, tackle to win possession and time a Super Kick when ordinary shooting is not enough. National teams differ in speed and skill, while versus fields such as sand or ice change the way a loose ball rolls and a tackled player slides.
