Pachinko Saiyuuki combines ball-launching play with a Journey to the West adventure. Move between areas and machines, speak to their inhabitants and collect items that change what happens at later encounters. Conversations matter as well as payouts: an apparently tempting offer can reduce the balls you carry. Progress depends on clearing machine quotas and returning to the right character. Passwords mark the route through the chapters toward the confrontation with the Bull Demon King.
