Choose a ruler and companion, then place an early unit on matching terrain instead of attacking across any available route. D-Pad: select territory, units and phase commands. A: confirm. Pocket Battle — About this game
Pocket Battle is a compact fantasy strategy game about territory rather than reflexes. Choose the number of factions, a ruler and a companion soldier, then work through replenishment, deployment, magic and battle phases. A unit fighting on terrain that matches its attribute becomes much stronger, so good positioning can reverse an unfavourable clash. Win by eliminating the enemy or holding the more valuable territory when the turn limit expires. Passwords carry the campaign forward between its scenarios.
