How to Play Max
Quick start
Walk left/right and test an A jump and B shot on the first safe platform. Up fires the wire straight toward the ceiling; look for an anchor before crossing a hole. Try shooting while suspended, then choose a clear landing instead of dropping directly onto an enemy. Keep the emergency booster in mind when a jump goes wrong.

Left/Right: move. A: jump. B: fire the equipped weapon. Up: launch wire straight up to catch a ceiling.
Max — About this game
Take a boy and his robot across hostile platforms, combining gunfire, jumps and an upward wire that can catch overhead surfaces. The wire is a route-finding tool as well as a rescue from awkward footing: hang above danger and keep firing while you judge the next landing. Damage changes the protection around the pilot, and different weapons alter how you approach enemies. An emergency booster offers another way out of a fall. Look for a ceiling anchor before crossing a gap and choose a stage route that leaves room to recover from mistakes.
