Choose a ruler and build the resources needed to unite the divided land. Sangokushi on Game Boy makes money, provisions and capable officers the foundation of expansion. Recruit troops, assign officers and consider a neighbouring province's strength before sending an army out. Battles give powerful generals a chance to change the outcome through duels, but a successful campaign still needs supplies behind it. Use the information screens to prepare a deliberate advance, then consolidate the territory you win instead of letting the next war outrun your resources.
