SD Sengokuden 3: Chijou Saikyou Hen moves between a strategy map and direct action battles. Spend the day's limited actions advancing warriors and choosing encounters, then take control of sword and gun attacks when units clash. Protecting the leader matters as much as defeating the opposing army: losing that unit ends the campaign. Boss confrontations change the view again and allow jumping to avoid attacks. Plan the route and preserve the right fighters for the stronghold instead of spending every encounter's ammunition at the first opportunity.
