Quick start
Use the opening stage to compare the starting robots. Move with the pad, A jumps and B attacks; START changes the active teammate and SELECT opens life management. After rescuing Jurota, try his wall-climbing approach before assuming a high passage is unreachable.

Shippuu! Iron Leaguer turns its sports robots into a team for side-view action. Begin with Magnum Ace's thrown ball and Kiai Ryuken's martial skills, then rescue teammates whose abilities open different ways across the scenery. Jurota can climb by planting his sword in a wall, while Top Joy's high jump answers obstacles that a wall-climber cannot safely use. Sporting contests interrupt the stages, but selecting the right robot and preserving the team's remaining strength are what keep the wider rescue moving.
