How to Play Spirou
Quick start
Begin with a careful look at the next ledge and practise B jumps before taking a long gap. Deal with nearby robots without rushing the landing. Once you obtain the Micropulser, use it to make the next passage safer.
Controls
Left/right moves and B jumps. Use the weapon action after obtaining the Micropulser; aim for a safe landing before the next jump. D-pad and A handle ordinary menu selection and confirmation.
Spirou — About this game
Spirou faces a side-scrolling journey through obstacles and hostile robots while pursuing the rescue of the Count. Precise jumps matter as much as defeating an enemy: look at the landing space before leaving a ledge, and allow for the character's movement in the air. Later, the Micropulser adds a weapon to the route, letting you deal with threats in another way. Learn a section before trying to hurry through it, keep the next safe foothold in mind and make each successful crossing part of a longer escape from the mechanical danger.
