Quick start
Choose I for a direct action start or II/III' for an adventure, then practise a directional kick before leaving the opening area. Select a game with D-Pad/A. I: A punches, direction+B kicks, SELECT uses a P-ball, START pauses. II/III': A talks/confirms and punches in action; B cancels, direction+B uses Moonsault Kick, direction+A+B uses Miracle Kick. START opens the subscreen.

Super Chinese Land 1-2-3' brings three of Jack and Ryu's handheld adventures together. The first game focuses on clearing action stages with punches and directional kicks. The second and the revised third combine travel, conversations and equipment with battles that switch to direct martial-arts action; boss encounters add command choices. Select a game before learning its controls, since the adventure menu and combat actions differ from the first game's straightforward stage play. Prepare supplies in the RPG entries and learn kick timing rather than treating every encounter as a button-mashing contest.
