How to Play Super Mario Land
Quick start
Press START to begin at World 1-1. Collect the first mushroom and practise short jumps before running across gaps.
Controls
Left/Right: move. A: jump. START: pause. B: hold to run; fire a superball with the power-up. Down: crouch when enlarged or enter pipes. In vehicle stages, the directional pad steers and A/B fire.
Super Mario Land — About this game
Travel through Sarasaland to rescue Princess Daisy from Tatanga. Mario crosses deserts, ruins and strange landscapes, collecting coins and power-ups while jumping past enemies. Superballs bounce off walls, and submarine and airplane stages change the action into shooting. Choose safe landings and watch the timer as you work through four kingdoms.
